We bought this a little over 4 years ago to offset my daily visit to the coffeeshop. Recently we've switched to K-Cups because we've been unable to get my caramel sauce anymore. Let me say/stress this machine is used... it was used about twice a day. We did decalcify it and clean it. But the frother doesn't work... not sure if its the pump or not, it doesn't seem to suck up the milk container straw all the way. We were going to send it into Delonghi but there wasn't any close service centers. This is being sold "as is" due to the age and use of the machine.
