NOTE:  Pictures are usually a big part of most of my descriptions.  If something is obvious in the pic, I may not "type it out" in the description.  9 out of 10 of my listing will have multiple pics.  If you need more info or something is not clear to you from the pics and description, please ask.  I do not clean most items.  Anticipate cleaning preowned/vintage items to your standards.

 This auction is for a nice Vintage (1984) Coffee Grinder. In great preowned condition. Needs a little wiping from previous use, but otherwise in great (power tested) condition.

The Boring Stuff:

Sorry to have to include all the stuff below.  We have been scammed, heard every excuse, etc.  We constantly have to keep updating the stuff below.  Every time we think we're covered, someone comes up with something new.  We are honest and up front in the auctions, with shipping costs, etc.  Most of the buyers we deal with are great.  Unfortunately there are still a few who just don't understand, pretend not to understand and those who just try to take advantage. 

Payment:

        Please make Payment as soon as possible.  If you cannot make payment within 3 days, let me know. I don't mind waiting.  I do mind NOT KNOWING if you are going to pay.  I usually invoice soon after the auction.  Occasionally, the next day.  Feel free to pay immediately, even if you haven't received an invoice.  We accept Paypal (to confirmed addresses only).  Email prior to bidding if you need to make alternate arrangements.

Shipping:

We try to ship as soon as possible after payment is received.  Priority Shipping is almost always the next business day.  Parcel Post and/or Ground shipping may take a day or two.  In most cases within 24 - 48 hours.  Please note, Most bidders pay fast and I anticipate shipping fast, so my auctions are scheduled with that in mind.  If you wait several days to pay and choose parcel post or ground shipping, this is an extra trip I have to make.  I cannot always rearrange my schedule to ship immediately if you are slow to pay.  Please be courteous and let me know if you need a few days to pay, it'll help me plan for faster service.

No ground shipping to P.O. Boxes.  If you have an issue with packages being left at your residence or with using a particular carrier, please check with me and see if we can make other arrangements. However, please realize I can only ship to the confirmed address on paypal.  If your address is not confirmed, I cannot ship.  I depend on delivery confirmation as proof of delivery.

NOTE TO WEST and WEST COAST BIDDERS: Please realize shipping is more costly from Florida, particularly to the West/West Coast, so please don't leave low marks for shipping costs.   Shipping other than U.S. Main Land - Alaska and Hawaii are REQUIRED to choose Priority shipping ONLY (unless you make other arrangements with me PRIOR to bidding).  Sorry, I can no longer ship Internationally.

Local Pick up is Always Welcome!! We are always happy to combine shipping whenever possible for additional savings!! Just let us know at auction end if you are bidding on more than one auction.

Feedback:

When you receive your item, are happy with it and leave feedback, I in turn do the same.  If you have a problem, please do not leave feedback without giving me a chance to correct.  I usually return feedback within 7 days of you leaving it.  If you don't leave feedback, I don't. 

Ebay's new DSR grading (5 Stars) for sellers - I do my best to uphold good seller standards.  Item Description, Communication and Shipping Time are variables that should be rated accordingly.  Though I do feel shipping time is a bit unfair.  If I ship right away, I have no control over how long it takes the choosen carrier to deliver, especially if you choose a lower grade shipping service.  Also, if I notice and describe an item as needing cleaning, scratched, in used condition, etc., please don't leave feedback saying, "item needed cleaning, was scratched, in used condition, etc."  Please don't leave a negative comment or low DSR if this is the case.  If you feel I have not accurately described an item, please contact me.  If we are both reasonable, we can work it out. 

Shipping and Handling Rating - Shipping cost is known before you bid.  I have previously gotten a few low stars on shipping costs and because of them, did not qualify for discounts on fees.  In these tough times, ever little bit helps.  I do charge a small handling fee (a $1.00 or so on most items, never more than $2.00 unless a lot of packing materials are required).  Buyers should realize, sellers pay for supplies - envelopes, ink, labels, tape, packing materials, delivery confirmation, insurance, gas, etc. and have no control over rising shipping costs.  Shipping costs are always listed in my auctions, so there are no surprises.  Many of my auctions are listed at a low cost or free.  You should review the overall value (price + shipping) and decide if you feel the item is worth the total cost.

  If you feel shipping is too high (and the overall value of the item is not worth it), please do not bid.  I would rather not have the sale than to receive a low star for something you were fully aware of before bidding.  You thought it was a good value when you bid.  Please don't penalize me when rating. 

 Non Paying Bidders:

I no longer send payment reminders. I understand that occasionally the unexpected happens and I will try to work with you. Just be considerate enough to let me know what's going on. The Unpaid Item Assistant automatically files an Upaid Item Case on day 4. If you pay before the case closes, you will not receive a strike on your account.

Returns & "Cover All" Disclaimer:

In most cases we do not clean items.  Please anticipate cleaning a Preowned, Used, Old, Vintage, Antique item to your standards.

Note:  I DO ACCEPT RETURNS (only as described below).  Ebay has recently changed and they now give buyers a high minimum time of 14 days to return an item.  There are a few buyers who have ruined this for all.  Since they now have 14 days, they can wear/use an item and then easily return it through ebay and ebay refunds their purchase and also charges the seller return shipping.  So I have to "check" the "no returns accepted" to avoid this happening again and losing too much $$.

We sell many kinds of items. Many of the items are old, previously owned, etc. and there is no knowledge of their previous use or care. In most cases, I do not know the surroundings before I acquire the item.  Old/used items may have flaws and/or imperfections. We realize that it is sometimes difficult to accurately judge an item from a picture on a computer monitor. For these reasons, please don't assume an item is in mint condition unless we state that in our description. If we see an item is broken, chipped, etc., it is stated in the description. It is possible that we will not see something that someone else considers to be an imperfection. Many times we are only able to power test an item.  For these reasons, we urge you to ask any questions to the condition, quality, size, etc. of an item BEFORE bidding. I would rather not sell an item, than to have a problem.  We try to make the description as thorough as possible and include pictures for you to make your bidding decisions. I also usually state if I am unfamiliar with an item. If that leaves unanswered questions in your mind, you MUST ask before you bid.  Our home is pet and smoke free.  However, please do not bid if you are allergic or highly sensitive (for reasons stated above).  All items Should be cleaned to your standards upon receipt.  We only accept returns on if we have grossly misrepresented the condition.  The refund will be issued once the item has been returned.

Refund of Shipping costs:  dependent on the circumstances - if you return an item for a refund, original shipping costs may or may not be deducted from your refund.  This includes items sold with Free Shipping (example - you paid $10 total offered w/free ship.  Shipping cost $3.00, you will receive a $7.00 total refund).  Return shipping WILL NOT be reimbursed (unless in the rare case that you received the wrong item).
