Any item sold over $200 will be shipped with a required Signature Confirmation. Local Pick Up: Local Pick Up is available (unless otherwise indicated). Items should be paid for prior to picking up (if you purchased a large item (e.g. furniture, appliances, etc.), please call us first to verify the pick-up location of the item). We request a courtesy call in advance so that we may have your item ready for you. An item that is purchased as a local pick up must be picked up within 5 business days of the end of the auction. If it is not picked up, a storage fee of $10.00 per day, per item will be charged unless prior arrangements with the staff of iSold It of Naperville have been made. If the item(s) is not picked up within 30 days, we'll create a seller account for you and the item will be resold on eBay. The funds of that new sale will be applied to the storage fees incurred and the remaining balance from the sale (if any) will be mailed to you in the form of a paper payment.
