Everything on this espresso maker works great with no issues. Makes a wonderful espresso, capuccino, or regular coffee. The milk frother is strong and heats/foams milk easily. The machine is in very clean condition inside and out. There is light wear on the metal plate where the cup sits and a minor scuff mark on the silver housing near the height adjustment. Otherwise, it looks new. As you can see by the photos, it comes apart easily for occasional cleaning. This particular model was made in Switzerland so you know it's high quality.
I do not have a paper copy of the manual, will include a PDF file on DVD if needed. It can be downloaded from the Capresso website. If you're not familiar with these machines, here's the description from Capresso:The new simple way of making Espresso / CappuccinoCapresso "Ultima" eliminates all the inconvenient steps of conventional espresso machines: no more complications with tamping, hot filter holders, or cleaning and rinsing of sieves. Just fill coffee to your liking (1 or 2 scoops) into the machine, turn and pull the coffee lever down, and switch on the pump. Within seconds, any size espresso or up to 12 oz. of coffee are ready. The double coffee spout even adjusts to accommodate different size cups. Then pull up and turn lever to prepare the next round of espresso. At the same time the used coffee is automatically discarded into an internal container.
